19 May 2010 (London, UK) Industry leading poker magazine Bluff Europe has announced that it will become the first poker magazine available for download on the iPad, immediately following the UK launch of Apple’s eagerly-awaited new device on 28th May.
The revolutionary tablet promises to change the way we experience the web and view media, creating a groundbreaking new class of technology halfway between laptop and the smart phone.
Bluff Europe will be among the select TV content, newspapers, books and magazines chosen by Apple for the 9.7-inch touch screen device, along with Time Magazine, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Poker Fans will be able to keep abreast of their favourite columnists, such as Phil Laak, Mike Caro, Jennifer Tilly and Neil Channing, with the touch of a screen.
“We’re thrilled about the launch of the iPad,” said Bluff Europe’s Editor-in-chief Michael Caselli. “We were the first magazine in the world to be available for subscription via text message and so it’s in keeping with our philosophy to seek out new technologies and media. Being part of the launch of something as groundbreaking as the iPad is very exciting.
