The American Gaming Association has recently filed a 24 page brief with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission opposing Poker Stars suitability to apply for a casino licence, on the basis of the company’s history. The decision of the Commission on Poker Star’s suitability may well affect future iGaming licence applications In New Jersey and other states.
