5 July 2016, London (Press release) – iGaming Business and its partner GamingCET is pleased to announce the launch of the Lotnext Summit, an invitation-only event targeting C-level executives working in the lottery space.
The Lotnext Summit will be taking place on 29 November 2016 at the Gran Hotel Florida in Barcelona with an impressive list of invited lottery CEOs. It will connect lottery executives, private operators, policy makers, technology providers, investors, and charities in a private environment where delegates can discuss issues freely, behind closed doors.
Lotnext Summit will help delegates stay abreast of the latest developments as a fundamental digital transformation is rocking the competitive lottery environment, and challenging state monopolies and traditional operators.
The conference will discuss the below topics in short interactive sessions, delivered by top-level speakers:
• The role of governments
• Digital transformation
• The role of the private investments, competition law and regulatory aspects
In addition to covering the above topics, there will be a keynote session ‘The lottery industry in 2025: Looking at economics, monopolies and digital transformation’ delivered by Yanis Varoufakis, the former Minister of Finance of Greece who is a well-respected economist.
“The Lotnext Summit aims to bring together C-level executives from the lottery industry. The event will be a private space where discussion and debate will be encouraged, however Chatham House rules will apply so that delegates can get the most out of the event,” said Alex Pratt, Managing Director, iGaming Business.
“The Lottery Industry is undergoing important changes as we have recently seen in Holland. This event will look at the future of the industry in a small group of inner circle professionals,” said Willem van Oort, co-host of the Lotnext Summit.
The event will focus on high level networking, with a number of different opportunities including a power breakfast, an informal networking lunch, a cocktail reception and dinner for all delegates.
The Lotnext Summit is supported by H2 Gambling Capital, IMGL and Lottery Insider.
The Lotnext Summit will take place on 29 November 2016 at Gran Hotel Florida in Barcelona and is an invitation only event. The informal networking lunch and welcome starting at 13:00. For more information about the event and how you can book your place please visit www.Summit.Lotnext.com.
